General Terms & Conditions

​​1. Rates are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR).
2. A valid credit card number is required to secure the reservation.
3. Check-in time is from 1400hrs and check-out till 1200hrs
4. Children under 12 years old free sharing bed with parents.
5. Exchange rates for information only. All credit card payment will be converted into Indonesia Rupiah.
6. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
7. All rates and privileges quoted are subject to change without prior notice
8. Refundable deposit will be apply for any cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival date
